Each facility can customize which pages you would like of the playbook. The printed materials are on pages 12-47. You likely already have the electronic copy of the playbook, however, if you would like a shorter version, please complete the form below to select pages you would like to use.
Diversey will provide a limited amount of printed procedure cards for each facility (again these would be the checklists and procedure cards noted on slides 12-47). If you are looking for copies of procedure cards and checklists, you can order printed versions by completing the respective forms below.
